Who We Are:
Started in 2005 by friends and colleagues Tony Moran and Adam Swinehart, PI is one of Orange County’s leading MSPs. With Tony’s expertise in Citrix systems, Adam’s networking knowledge, and a shared vision, PI expanded quickly. In 2 short years, we outgrew our original office and moved to our current offices in Tustin where Tony recently stepped in as President and sole owner. We currently employ several top-notch engineers and multiple back-office staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy with every client. We pride ourselves on being a full-service MSP offering 24/7 helpdesk support, cybersecurity prevention and remediation, Network design and setup, plus full desktop/system support. What We Offer:
PI offers our clients an unlimited monthly Managed Services agreement that provides computer support and basic maintenance without the financial unpredictability of hourly billing. Many clients want the protection and security of having a technology company on hand but are always concerned about the fluctuation of monthly charges based on sporadic system maintenance requirements. The PI MSP service plan provides all the assurances and security of a normal support contract while providing a deterministic flat-rate billing program that makes it easier to budget IT spending. This contract is based on a yearly term and billed at a fixed amount per month. PI has extensive experience solving business problems using technology for large and small companies, wherever users may be located.

We also specialize in Data Center buildouts and Project management of your IT projects. Though this isn’t included in your standard MSP contract, we are always able to help you when the need is presented!
