Proactive Maintenance:  We will apply all software updates, patches, and hotfixes available to keep your products current, secure and more efficient.  You will also be notified in advance when your software licensing Support, Subscription, and Maintenance renewals are coming up, and we will provide you with the appropriate Quotes.  There will be Quarterly Reviews which we will assess and review all prior Monitoring Reports, along with Call Tickets to see what can be done to optimize you’re IT infrastructure and it’s functionality.

 

System Monitoring 24x7x365:  PI will monitor your system 24x7x365 and watch for critical issues that may affect your IT environment.  We will provide you with email and text message alerts when the following occurs:

· Systems go down and come back up

· Disk space gets below 10% on any volume

· CPU goes over 95% for more than 10 minutes

· Up to 3 services per server fail (plus the system will

  attempt a restart)

· When an account fails a login attempt (optional)

· If the server temperature goes beyond a specified limit

· Bandwidth utilization goes beyond 90% for over 15 

  minutes

 

Reporting:  You will have access to online reports, which will include all of the above mentioned items plus:

· Uptime reports over a specified period

· Failure History reports

· Bandwidth utilization reports

· Disk space utilization repots

 

System Monitoring PLUS 24x7x365:  Will include all of the above, but we will respond to the alert and automatically troubleshoot and fix the issue.

 

Daily Backups:  PI will automatically perform daily backups, which will provide your company with a fast and reliable form of Data recovery in the event of a power outage or disaster.

· Bare metal recovery, to the same system, dissimilar 

  hardware, or virtual environments

· Complete system backup

· Automatic backup of SQL, Exchange and other critical

  applications

· Verification and re-verification of backup images

·  Email notifications of backup success and failure
